Returns and Exchanges

We will issue exchanges, store credit, and or refunds in accordance with the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted online via email at info@loveyourbuttco.com within 28 calendar days of order date.
• Product must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached
• Exchanges / Store Credit: return postage is provided at no charge to you. 
• Refunds: return postage is provided with $5.99 deducted from refund.
• Exchange orders and store credit will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original item is not received in new condition.
• Exchange requests are subject to availability
• All sale items and international orders are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are final sale or sold outside the continental United States.
