Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from the United States.  We ship Monday through Friday (business days) excluding US Holidays.  In the Domestic US we utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  We will process your order as quickly as possible.  Please be aware that delivery can be delayed with any of our carriers.  We are proud to offer multiple options for shipping. Your shipping totals will be totaled for you at time of order.  Please ensure you've entered your information correctly before finalizing your order.

International

We do ship internationally!  We use a couple different services for international shipping.  Please note that there may be additional charges or tariffs imposed locally.  Delivery times can vary based on time of year and country of destination.

Lost or Stolen Orders and Packages

If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, please e-mail us at info@loveyourbuttco.com we have strong relationships with our carriers and can create cases to help resolve in a timely manner.  Stuff happens so please be patient with us and the carrier as we work to find resolution for you.  If an investigation confirms theft, we will require a police report to be filed to aid in preventing future theft or fraud.
